We operate a UK-to-Nigeria sourcing model. Our policy is designed to resolve issues quickly, fairly, and cost-effectively.

Report any problem as soon as possible after delivery. Delays affect what resolution we can offer.

Faulty Items

Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Reports received after these windows will be handled under warranty terms, not as a return.

The item arrives faulty or not working as described

The item is significantly different from the listing

Verified IMEI issue (for phones)

Change of mind

Cosmetic wear or minor signs of use

Physical damage after delivery (drops, cracks, liquid damage)

Unauthorised repairs

If a device is opened or repaired by a third party without our approval, the warranty becomes void.

The resolution we offer depends on the value of the item.

Under £30

Store credit - no return required

We'll issue store credit once your evidence is verified. You keep the item.

£30–£150

Replacement or store credit

Choose between a replacement sent on your next shipment or full store credit. Photos or video evidence required.

Over £150

Local repair or UK warranty return

We'll first explore a local repair (preferred). If that's not possible, you ship the item to our UK address and we handle assessment, repair or replacement, then ship it back to Nigeria.

To reduce delays and costs, we prioritise local repairs where appropriate. Supported repair types:

Charging port repair

£20 Repair Contribution

We contribute up to £20 (Naira equivalent) toward approved repairs.

Conditions

  • Repair must be pre-approved by us before you proceed
  • You must provide a valid repair receipt

For faults that cannot be resolved locally:

Items labelled Community Find are sourced from private sellers. They are pre-owned and do not carry manufacturer warranty. Each item is inspected before purchase, but condition may vary.
